Employer Services Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

MagnaCare is seeking experienced Employer Services Data Entry Specialists to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employer-reported payroll and eligibility data. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with Labor contracts and ensuring members receive accurate benefits.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and verify employer-reported hours and payroll data in the Employer Services portal.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with CBAs and fund policies.
  • Communicate with employers to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper formatting of data submissions.
  • Assist employers with onboarding and training on data submission requirements.
  • Work closely with the Enrollment & Eligibility team to coordinate data updates.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, payroll processing, or eligibility administration in a TPA or Labor union setting.
  • Experience with collective bargaining agreements and employer contributions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-validation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
