MagnaCare is seeking experienced Enrollment & Eligibility Business Analysts to remotely analyze enrollment and eligibility processes, identify inefficiencies, improve data accuracy, and enhance system functionality. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and Labor clients to resolve eligibility discrepancies and optimize workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, analyze current workflows, and develop process maps for system enhancements.
Ensure employer and member data accuracy, including eligibility and contribution reconciliation.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and root causes of discrepancies.
Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
Work with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements and develop user stories for IT teams.
Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and COBRA.
Liaise between Account Supervisors and clients to address data issues and recommend solutions.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in eligibility and enrollment analytics in a TPA or Labor union environment.
Experience with data reconciliation, reporting, and business process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Taft-Hartley Funds, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
